CACCC is an all-volunteer nonprofit corporation. We rely on donations and grants to provide free services to the Chinese community. The CACCC is a 501c3 tax exempt organization, so all donations are tax-deductible.

- $25 donation — print 100 copies of an educational pamphlet distributed free to community outreach participants.
- $100 donation — print 100 copies of the AHCD forms.
- $150 donation — print 10 decks of Heart to Heart cards.
- $400 donation — sponsor a Heart to Heart Cafe.
- $500 donation — sponsor a Community Outreach Seminar on Advance Health Care Planning.
- $1000 donation — sponsor a 6 hour volunteer training.
